Exercise and fitness should just be one aspect of your life and not all consuming. It can be easy to stay in the “ego“ when your body is changing and people are noticing. It is important not to become snotty and arrogant. That isn’t attractive for anyone. It's often seen in people with nice bodies. You would think it would be opposite! Stay away from being judgmental of others. Remember, you too had to start somewhere. If anything, give words of encouragement and help motivate the person on their path towards better health and fitness.
Stay grounded. Be thankful with gratitude instead of attitude. Eating properly is just as important as exercising properly. Make sure you choose nourishing foods. Develop your own love affair with weights and become strong, fit, and flexible.
